AI & Risk Disclaimer

Neirom uses automated systems, including AI language and vision models, to review the listing content you submit and highlight material that may carry compliance or policy risk. Results include a risk score, findings with a severity and confidence level, supporting evidence from your own content, and suggested next steps.

A result is an informed opinion generated by software. It is not a legal opinion, a compliance certification, or a decision by any marketplace.

A low risk score does not mean a listing is safe, approved, or will stay published. A high risk score does not mean a listing breaks any rule. You should read the findings, apply your own judgement and check the official policies of the marketplace you sell on.

• AI models can be wrong. They can miss real problems (false negatives) and flag things that are fine (false positives).
• Neirom analyses only the content you give it. It cannot see the rest of your shop, your account history, your order history, or anything a marketplace knows about you.
• Marketplace policies change. Our understanding of a policy may lag behind the current published version.
• Image analysis is approximate. It can misread logos, artwork, text in images and design details.
• Trademark and intellectual property questions are fact-specific and often depend on jurisdiction, registration and use. Neirom cannot resolve them.

You remain responsible for what you publish. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for listing removals, account suspensions, lost sales or penalties. Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
