Cancellation Policy
How to cancel, and what happens to your access afterwards.

1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time. Go to the Billing page in your account and use the billing management option, which opens the Paddle customer portal where the cancellation is made.
You do not need to give a reason, but we ask for one so we can improve the product. Your answer does not affect whether the cancellation goes through.
2. When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep full access to your plan and its remaining allowance until that date — we do not cut you off immediately.
After that date, your subscription does not renew, no further charges are made, and your account returns to the free plan and its allowance.
Your renewal date and cancellation status are shown on the Billing page.
3. Refunds on cancellation
Cancelling stops future charges. It does not by itself refund the period you are currently in. If you want money back for a charge already taken, see the Refund Policy — refund requests are reviewed case by case, whether or not you have cancelled.
4. Your data after cancellation
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. Your scan history, listings and actions remain available on the free plan.
If you want your data removed entirely, delete your account from Settings. Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Contact
If you have trouble cancelling, contact support@neirom.com or Paddle at paddle.net, and we will make sure the cancellation is recorded.
