Subscription & Billing Terms

How Neirom plans, prices, renewals and payments work.

Last updated 1 September 2026

Neirom is risk intelligence, not legal advice. Neirom helps you spot possible marketplace policy risk before you publish. It does not guarantee compliance with any marketplace's rules or with the law.

1. Plans and allowances

Neirom offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of checks:

  • Free — 3 checks per month
  • Pro — 30 checks per month
  • Pro+ — 150 checks per month
  • Max — 500 checks per month

Allowances are enforced by the service and reset each monthly cycle. Unused checks do not carry over. If you upgrade mid-cycle, your usage so far in that cycle carries over to the new plan.

2. Prices and currency

Base reference prices are Pro £7.99 per month or £79.90 per year, Pro+ £24.99 per month or £249.90 per year, and Max £69.99 per month. Pro and Pro+ can be billed monthly or annually; annual plans are billed once a year. Max is billed monthly only.

Prices are shown in your local currency where we support one. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — it is calculated by Paddle based on your billing country, and includes any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Where we have not set a local price for your country, Paddle converts the base price automatically.

We may change prices for future billing periods. Existing subscribers will be told before a price change takes effect and can cancel before renewal if they do not want to continue.

3. Who processes your payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

This means your contract for the purchase is with Paddle, invoices are issued by Paddle, and payment methods, invoices and tax handling are managed by Paddle. Paddle's buyer terms are at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms

We never see or store your full card details.

4. Recurring billing and renewal

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly, or annually where the plan offers an annual option (Max is monthly-only) — until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to the payment method held by Paddle.

Your current billing period and renewal date are shown on the Billing page in your account.

5. Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately, and Paddle charges the difference on a prorated basis for the remainder of your current period. Your higher allowance is available straight away.

Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. You keep your current plan and allowance until then, so you do not lose access you have already paid for.

6. Failed payments

If a payment fails, Paddle will retry it according to its dunning process and your account is marked as past due. We show a banner in the app so you can update your payment method.

While your account is past due you keep access for a grace period. If payment is not recovered, your subscription may be cancelled and your account returns to the free plan and its allowance.

7. Cancellations and refunds

See our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
