Pricing questions

What counts as a scan?: One scan is one full analysis of one listing — title, description, tags, category and images are reviewed together. Re-scanning a listing after you edit it uses another scan.
What is a connected store?: A connected store is an Etsy or Shopify shop linked to Neirom with read-only product access, so your catalog imports automatically and monitoring can re-check products when they change. Pro includes one store; Pro+ and Max let you connect Etsy and Shopify together.
How is Ask Neirom metered?: Each plan includes a monthly number of Ask Neirom questions, shown in the comparison table. Questions never use your scan allowance, and the allowance resets at the start of each month.
Can I change or cancel my plan?: Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the Billing page inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
Do you offer refunds?: Transactions are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law, but you can submit a refund request from the Billing page and it will be reviewed case by case. Refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.
Which currency will I be charged in?: Prices are shown from the GBP catalogue. At checkout Paddle prices your subscription in your local currency based on your billing country, including any applicable sales tax or VAT.
Does Neirom guarantee compliance or more sales?: No. Neirom is marketplace risk intelligence and decision support. It highlights likely policy risk with evidence and points out listing quality issues worth reviewing. It is not legal advice, it does not predict sales, and it cannot guarantee that a marketplace will not take enforcement action.
Which marketplaces are supported?: Etsy and Shopify are supported today, with a marketplace-agnostic engine underneath so additional marketplaces can be added without changing how you work.
